Growth Hacker / Communications Manager

We are hiring a hands-on Growth Hacker / Communications Manager to build and run Ventory's growth and communications engine.

Ventory is the field inventory layer between your ERP and the field. We give companies total control and real-time visibility of every item that lives outside the warehouse: consigned implants in hospitals, spare parts in engineer vans, loaner kits at surgical centres. We integrate with the customer's ERP (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Sage and more), deploy in under 4 weeks, and our mobile-first, offline-capable app earns 95%+ adoption from field teams. We are ISO 27001-certified, SOC 2-compliant and GDPR-ready, and already live with Medtronic, NHS London Ambulance Service, Unilever and DHL Supply Chain. We are a lean, fast-moving B2B SaaS company headquartered in Zaventem, Belgium, scaling toward our next phase of growth.

The role

You are equally comfortable running data-driven growth experiments and crafting sharp, on-brand B2B communications.

You will drive demand, brand awareness and qualified pipeline, and you will measure everything.

What you'll own

Grow inbound pipeline through experiments across channels: SEO/GEO, content, LinkedIn, email and paid pilots.
Own Ventory's external communications: content, social, customer stories and announcements.
Stand up and run the growth stack: analytics, attribution, A/B testing and lifecycle campaigns.
Turn a technical, enterprise value proposition into compelling, accessible messaging.
Partner closely with Sales to convert demand into qualified pipeline.

What you bring

3-6 years in growth marketing, demand generation or communications, ideally B2B SaaS.
Genuinely hands-on across the funnel: content, paid, lifecycle and analytics. You run experiments and read the data.
A strong writer and communicator in English.
A builder's mindset: you thrive with autonomy in a lean startup.
Based in Belgium with the right to work here.

B2B / enterprise, supply-chain or industrial marketing experience.
Comfort with design and video tooling.
Dutch and/or French.
